    All of our preserved rose arrangements are handcrafted and made to order with great attention to detail. All sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Damaged or Incorrect Items In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or error to facilitate the resolution process. Once we have assessed the situation, we will determine the appropriate course of action. Please note that we may not be able to provide replacements or refunds for products that have been mishandled or misused after delivery.
